Do you want to play a key role in creating strong brand experiences for some of Sweden's most well-known food brands? Foodmark is now looking for a Brand Activation Specialist who is passionate about creative activation, digital engagement, and impactful communication.

 

About the role 

As a Brand Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on activities that strengthen the presence and engagement around our brands – including Rydbergs, Lohmanders, Fjällbrynt, Rydbergs Professional, as well as Foodmark's employer brand and overall corporate communication.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the campaigns are creative, data-driven, and fully aligned with our brand strategy. The role also involves actively monitoring trends in consumer behavior and brand activation to continuously develop our initiatives.

 

Your main responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement activation strategies for our brands. 

  • Create and launch engaging digital campaigns, primarily on social media. 

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize efforts in real-time. 

  • Ensure that tone, visual identity, and company values permeate all communication. 

  • Drive continuous development and suggest improvements based on data and insights. 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or equivalent.  

  • 2–3 years of experience in brand activation, marketing activation, communication development, or similar roles within the food industry or FMCG.  

  • Documented experience in producing and publishing digital content for social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 

  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple parallel projects. 

  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and a self-driven, solution-oriented approach. 

  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written. 

  • Experience in both B2C and B2B communication is an advantage. Our selection process – focusing on potential and the right match
